Under the direction of Bianca Russell, the business has provided a full suite of interior design, styling, property staging, project management, renovation and refurbishment services to Melbourne’s premium properties for over a decade.

DIRECTOR | BIANCA RUSSELL

After obtaining her Bachelor of Commerce at Melbourne University, Bianca started her first business, COUTURE, just after her 21st birthday. COUTURE delivered tailored events, PR, styling and sponsorship solutions to a variety of premium business sectors and major brands nationwide for over 15 years. COUTURE was well known for its incredible parties and plethora of marquees and hospitality facilities at the world-renowned Melbourne Cup Carnival.

COUTURE events and hospitality facilities were easily identified by their distinctly designed and styled environments lead by Bianca’s keen eye. In 2007, due to increased demand for COUTURE to translate brands into environments, Bianca established WHITE SPARROW. Driven by her passion for property, and utilizing Bianca’s signature tailored approach, WHITE SPARROW fast carved its niche in property styling for Melbourne’s most esteemed real estate agents, developers and private clients. It has since grown to offer a full suite of interior design, renovation and styling services.

Beyond her own business ventures, Bianca is avidly involved in KOALA (Kids Oncology And Leukaemia) Kids (https://koalakids.org.au/) and was the Fundraising Manager for The Million Dollar Lunch for more than 3 years. The Million Dollar Lunch was the sole fundraising event for KOALA Foundation, which became part of the Children’s Cancer Centre Foundation in 2012. The event raises over a million dollars for children with cancer and their families over the course of one beautiful lunch annually.

In her downtime Bianca enjoys spending time with her family and can regularly be found trawling markets near and far for vintage furniture and unique décor treasures.
